Terms and Conditions

Lateness:

If you arrive to an appointment late you will not get any extra time to 'make up' for your tardiness. Arriving late is disrespectful. Doesn't matter if there was traffic or you woke up late. No excuses, be on time.

Cancellations/Reschedules:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment after you've completed checkout and agreed to a set time, you must notify us seven (7) days, or 168 hours, prior to your scheduled time. In addition, there will be a $45 fee to cancel or reschedule.

If you notify us less than seven (7) days, or 168 hours, before your scheduled time you will be unable to cancel or reschedule. Furthermore, if you set up an appointment less than 7 days, or 168 hours, from when you complete checkout you will be unable to cancel or reschedule.
